Murray and Tova, under the direction of Chad Cohen, present the next cooking class featuring 'Tried and True Salads.' These include The Kale Salad, The 1905 Salad, The Smashed Chickpea Salad with Pecans & Grapes and The Caesar Salad with the much beloved Vegan Dressing (made famous at the synagogue). This week's chefs are Faith Eisenberg, Mary Berkowitz and Tova Cohen.
