TORAHFEST 2021

5:45 pm | Family Program - Roll with the Torah
Join our Bessie Hershey Religious School & Day School families as we "Roll with the Torah" and journey through the 5 books of the Torah. We will see the entire Torah "unrolled" and take part in a Torah Hunt as we search for different phrases and words. 
(For students in our religious school, this event is in place of our regular Tuesday afternoon classes for this day.)

6:30 pm | Congregational Picnic
Bring your own blanket and a dairy or pareve picnic dinner. We'll provide the ice cream for dessert! This is open for the entire congregation. Please dress for the weather and plan to stay afterwards for our Simhat Torah celebration!

7:00 pm | Simhat TorahGLOfest Celebration
(Outside - weather permitting)

Celebrate one of the most joyous celebrations of the year as we dance and sing in honor of the Torah. We will light up the evening with our voices, ruach and spirit. All children will receive flags and glow sticks as we march the 7 "hakafot" with the Torahs. Adults can enjoy the booze tent and everyone will get a chocolate bar on their way out for a sweet new year!

Everyone eligible for the Covid-19 Vaccination must be fully vaccinated. Masks and social distancing will be required.
