The trails in and around Horseshoe Lake Park total 1.3 miles. A combination of paved, gravel and boardwalk trails are located at the center of the park. Highlights of the park include a natural playground, tree house, rain garden and picnic pavilions.

The Solon Community Park has many different aspects of outdoor activities for residents to indulge in. It consists of 10 baseball fields, 2 playgrounds and a huge pavilion that can accommodate large crowds.
