Lieutenant Rabbi Yonina Creditor serves as a chaplain for the Marine Corps, currently based at San Diego’s Naval Base, following 3 years of service in Okinawa. She will discuss share with us what Jewish life looks like in the military, experiencing Yom Kippur at sea, some of the recent challenges her base has gone through.
