It is customary that we visit the graves of our loved ones before Rosh Hashanah or between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. We come to their gravesides to let them know that we still feel their presence in our hearts. It is our opportunity to honor them for all that they accomplished in life and for the impact they had on our lives.
