B’nai Jeshurun has been the spiritual home to Jews in Cleveland for over 150 years. We provide spiritual, educational, cultural, and social activities, programs, and services to more than 900 families. Adhering to the principles of Conservative Judaism, B’nai Jeshurun welcomes Jews of the widest possible demographic categories – young and mature, men and women, single and married, with children and without children, traditionally observant and less traditionally observant.
Members of B'nai Jeshurun are privileged to have many opportunities to experience the joy of Jewish living. Although our doors are open to the entire community for most of our programs and activities, three daily minyans, and Shabbat services, we do have space considerations that require us to limit admission to Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services. In addition members receive substantial discounts on enrollment in our award-winning Bessie Hershey Religious School for students from pre-school through high school. And only members enjoy the right to vote at congregational meetings and serve on the Board of Trustees.
Interested in membership?
B'nai Jeshurun is open to all, regardless of financial status.
You can also print our Membership Form that you can drop off or mail to B'nai Jeshurun at your convenience. Please fill in all information completely.
Dues should never be a barrier to anyone who wants to be a member and make B'nai Jeshurun their spiritual home. Our Executive Director Jay Ross will work with you privately and thoughtfully through this process. Please contact him directly if you need special considerations at 216-831-6555 ext. 107.
*Please note: for married couples the age grouping is determined by the older spouse.
