MARCUS NOMINATION FORM

The Marcus Leadership Institute will train emerging leadership within the synagogue. It will guide Marcus Institute Fellows through a two-year program focusing on leadership and organizational skills. It will also introduce them to the values, policies and day-to-day functioning of the synagogue. The Marcus Leadership Institute will meet monthly for two hours in the evening, beginning in the winter of 2024.  Please do not discuss the nomination with the nominee, as we do not want to raise any expectations that may lead to unnecessary disappointment.
