WHAT TO DO: Here is your opportunity to nominate a person, family, group, or committee that you think has had -- through their commitment, collaboration, innovation, and/or creativity -- an outsized impact on the leadership, volunteerism, programming, social action, prayer services, fundraising or educational aspects of B’nai Jeshurun between January 1, 2022 and TODAY.

This form cannot be saved until it is submitted, so unfinished submissions cannot be accessed.  If you would like to prepare responses before completing the on-line form, please download this document.

The award winners will be honored at the BJC Influencer Awards 2022-2023 Gala Sunday evening, June 11, 2023. 

You can only nominate one individual, family, or group per nomination form. Multiple nomination forms will be accepted.
