European Travels with Global Jewish Pen Pal Program

Madison Jackson will speak at Shabbat morning services about her recent Global Jewish Pen Pal Program Europe Tour.  She visited seven countries and ten cities across the continent and explored the diverse Jewish life in each community. She will share some of her insights about contemporary Jewish life in Europe and explain what she learned about Jewish life in each place she visited. 

Madi is a graduate student at the Chatham University MFA program in Creative Nonfiction Writing.  She is the founder and Executive Director of the Global Jewish Pen Pal Program, a non-profit organization which matches Jewish individuals with Jewish pen pals around the world. She is the daughter of Ellen & Lee Jackson.
