Please note:  Havdalah gets postponed until Sunday evening. The only blessing from Havdalah that would be said is the blessing over a flame, only if a candle gets lit. The Havdalah blessings get reduced when they occur Sunday night: no Hinei Keil Yeshuati, no blessing over the spices, and no blessing over the candle. Borei p'ri hagafen does get recited, though the consumption of meat and wine at home is customarily avoided for the observance of Tisha B'Av until Monday morning. Hamavdil bein Kodesh L'chol does get recited.
