Come experience Tai Chi with our very own Yingli Wolinsky, George & Joyce Becker. Tai Chi is rooted in the Chinese concept, 天人合一 (Tiān rén hé yī) — the body and universe are one. Through a consistent practice, we cultivate an inward strength, a sense of balance and centeredness, and a fluidity with the universe within and outside of our bodies. The Jewish tradition also believes that every person is a universe — Olam Maleh — עוֹלָם מָלֵא. That our bodies are holy containers for the soul, traversing both the physical and spiritual worlds. Open to all ages and levels of experience! Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
