As of May 2, 2008, the synagogue kitchen will be under the strict supervision of Rabbi Mordecai Kaplovitz. The mashigach on site will be Mr. Mordecai Rubin. Kashrut guidelines are posted below. If you have questions, please contact Rabbi Weiss or Marlene Fishel. Thank you.

Ice cream: Any packaged ice cream with a kosher symbol on our acceptable list is acceptable. Ice cream parlor ice cream from Chocolate Emporium is acceptable. Some Ben & Jerry's parlor ice cream is acceptable, but only those with the Kof-K and NOT hand-packed. They must be in a full sealed drum or sealed carton. Mitchell's and Coldstone are unacceptable.
